For CP12/Landlord Gas Safety in addition to the boiler service, the cost covers one appliance. Additional appliances incur a supplementary charge of £25 + VAT each
Our unvented hot water cylinder service is a thorough annual safety and performance check carried out by a G3-qualified engineer. The service includes inspection of all safety devices, expansion vessel checks, pressure testing, temperature and pressure relief valves, filter clean, and confirmation that the system complies with current regulations. Regular servicing helps maintain efficiency, protect manufacturers warranty, and most importantly, ensures your system is operating safely.
Materials used will be itemised in the final bills, in addition to the mentioned costs. Please note, a 15% markup may be applied to cover material expenses.
