Our transparent pricing begins with a minimum charge of £85 +VAT for all call outs. This includes the engineer’s travel time, trips to suppliers for parts, and administration time for job setup and payment follow-ups. No hidden fees - just straight forward, reliable service
For each additional 30 minutes beyond the initial call out, a charge of £40 + VAT will apply. Our half-hourly billing helps us maintain cost-effectiveness for our clients
Emergency call outs are available when you urgently need an engineer. Given the immediate responses, subsequent charges of £50 + VAT will be applied every half an hour thereafter
Standard boiler service includes gas flue analysis for a thorough assessment of your systems efficiency
For CP12/Landlord Gas Safety in addition to the boiler service, the cost covers one appliance. Additional appliances incur a supplementary charge of £20 + VAT each
Materials used will be itemised in the final bills, in addition to the mentioned costs. Please note, in some cases, a 10% markup may be applied to cover material expenses
