When you contact us by phone, email or the enquiry form, we collect your name, contact details, property address and details of the work you need. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, carry out and certify work, and keep records we're legally required to hold (such as Gas Safe and Building Regulations notifications, and accounting records).
We don't sell your data, we don't send marketing you haven't asked for, and this website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The enquiry form opens an email from your own email app, so nothing is stored on the website itself.
Enquiry details that don't lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Records of completed work, certificates and invoices are kept for the periods required by law (typically 6 years for financial records).
Under UK GDPR you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion where we're not legally required to keep it.
